Well, at least his use of "human" helps us recognize the fact that he is, in fact, a troll.

I don't mean to be a grammar nazi, but you did not need to use 'fact' twice. If you want to fix it, it should be " Well, at least his use of "human" helps us recognize the fact that he is a troll."

This is grammatically correct, actually; the redundancy is bad prose or bad rhetoric, as opposed to bad grammar.

C-, see me after class

In fact no, it is in fact not. Or as I should correctly say : No it is in fact not. I asked my friend who happens to be an editor, and has told me the redundancy is the reason why it is incorrect grammar. He would never let it pass in a writing of any kind.

Actually, person, I have obtained my associates degree, and currently working on my bachelor's. After that, I will get my masters. Not working to potential? Ha! Shows what you know.

<!--quoteo-->QUOTE<!--quotec-->Perhaps he is depressed.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

No, I am a healthy spirited, healthy minded half-Japanese individual, though, perhaps you are the depressed one. Do not mistake me for you, kind person.

Mr X, your posting has deteriorated to the point where you are doing nothing but lashing out at perceived criticism, demeaning the posting of others, trying to prop up your own image and prestige, and demanding that the boards be reshaped to fit your standards. This is not healthy behavior.

How 'bout them apples

I just want to say something about aging. I think you need to embrace your youth because it won't last forever.

I too experienced people not taking me seriously or treating me like I was kid because I looked younger than I was, it is a pain but I just always fought for myself in one way or another. It still happens sometimes, recently at the Bowers Museum.

I don't think in your twenties or even in your thirties that you realize that at some point that youthfulness will begin to fade, so take care of yourself in those years so that when you are older people will continue to guess your age wrong and you will be happy when you look in the mirror. mmm u r right about that.. I am 33 and somehow I still think I will look the same-ish forever... old age seems so far away..yet when I look back my life and see photos of me when I was 20-ish I say: Gosh!!! I have grown old so much in the last decade...

but... what I am trying to say is that although we need to htink about the future we souldnt be so very stressed about it and think "oh I mgonna get old" and just live the present (not like there is no tomorrow!!) ... I m thinking that the last coupld of years have passed without me having achieved or managed ANYTHING and that it really feels like I have wasted them.. totally... which really saddens me and upsets me... I really need to do sth than such moan about it..but..somehow I dont get the motivation....

seriously.. my highlights the last 2-3 years where:

1. Rome New Year 08-09 halvsie meet up
2. November 08, havlsie meet up
3. August 08 long long greek vacations..

thats about it

In Japan, people usually guess my age right/often think that I'm older than I actually am.

In America people usually think I'm slightly younger than I am/my age, people never think I'm any older than 15/16. Most of my white friends could say they were older than they were and people would buy it, but not meeee. :[ I didn't get carded going to hookah though!
Those who believe in telekinetics, raise my hand.

Most people think I'm younger than I am.... actually today, someone who was 13 (and about my height) thought that i was his age <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wait:' />

damn the fact that I look so young but not young enough to pull off children's discounts for movies and subway tickets and other stuff!!

I'm 27 and most people think I am 20 or younger. It doesn't bother me except when people don't take me seriously.

One day, I ordered wine in a restaurant and the waiter asked me for my ID in a very rude and superior way (normal, I was in Paris <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink2.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />). He turned red when he saw that I was over 18 and 4 years older than him!

What's less funny is when I'm mistaken for a woman! It happens quite often and I really don't understand why. It seems like most people in France still think that a "real" man has to be very hairy, very tall and very strong. Of course, I'm far away from this description!
