Finding halvsies more attractive?

ok, correction. I am not a superficial lame woman who gets attracted to anyone beautiful.. I was kind of been sarcastic.. but anyway..yeah...

I dont get attracted to someone because he is halvsie or white or japanese... I get attracted to someone because he makes me feel that way..wby his looks, behavours, talk etc....

I didn't think you were superficial, I think being able to be attracted to people is a good thing, I just am not that way. I wish I was though, it would make it easier to date.

I find asian women to be more attractive to me than hakujin. Hapa gals are attractive to me too, though.

To me, hakujin women all look the same...

i don't think i've ever had "halvsie goggles" in the sense that i have found them more attractive or felt more sexual chemistry with a halvsie because he was halvsie. i used to be very drawn to get to know other halvsies, however, back in the States when i would only meet one like, once in a blue moon. it was like some rare albino squirrel sighting or something.

i remember being excited to move to Tokyo and meet more halvsies--i was going through this really tough "where do i belong?? where do i want to BE???" period of my life and i thought having halvsie friends who might relate to that feeling would help. being surrounded by halvsies kind of took the big deal out of it though...there are so many halvsies here. it's weird...most of my friends here are halvsie. my boyfriend is halvsie! ...but his halvsieness was barely on my mind when i found myself attracted to him. i have become sort of...indifferent to halvsieness! could it be?? <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

so Erin--you should move to Tokyo! <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

I don't think I wear goggles, though I do find Asians/halvsies very attractive. Sometimes I wear goggles during the Olympics Games and automatically root for the Asian person, though. I cried when Japan won a gold medal in figure skating.

Beebs you had me laughing about the rare albino squirrel sighting, <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laughlong.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':laugh2:' />

I think that is the way it is with everything that is new or considered unique, once you are around it on a regular basis it becomes like everything else. I think for me because I am not easily attracted to anyone so far that it would be interesting to see how I would feel about being around halvsies even just as friends.

I guess in order to have this experience I need to move.... <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

Okay, so you are saying because they have a similar outward appearance, that it reminds you of family? What if they don't have a similar appearance to what you would consider as such? For instance, they looked mostly Asian or any other ethnicity they might be, so you wouldn't be able to recognize them as a mix.

The only other halvsies I know are my brother and my sister. D:

but if I did know any halvsies, I think I'd find them more attractive simply because we share a common culture.

not really, but i can somehow imagine how it feels. and this makes me like the person. but not in every case i can imagine, cause, some are from this assie, and those are from that one. for exampe "dorknobdiety" is for me just an american. but also ok. i even think its a bit dangerouse, to hang up so much wich each other. not because of us, cause people, for exampel in my area, get upset about things like that, but someone has to find ones identity. i only meet halvsies for some party and some talk. if some become cuples. its also ok. not that big thing. in my opinion some does not have to stress things, and push it in this or that direction.

but thats only my reality here in this place.

for example, for example, there are some half japanese porn stars. well. for me they are ok( when i was younger), but you know, boy and girl often search for "love" in other racial backgrounds. because its cool and dangerous for kids. and somehow natural. but some act really dumb like bees on honey. i whatched this porn star banging on the halvsie girls like cracy, she did not relly enjoy it, and well, its not sayable, but it made me a bit angry. but ok. <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> <img src='http://www.halvsie.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink2.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />

also this whole halfu halvsie thing, is not that important for me, but interesting. hope other people do net get afraid, cause we just wanna have fun.

ah yes, q-she...you do remind me so much of my younger days, when i was but a dumb bee on honey, looking for love in other racial backgrounds like a porn star, because it was cool and dangerous, but somehow natural. those were the days, really.
